And some folks know me by my Dharma name, Unsei (OON-say, meaning Cloud Teacher).

By any title, I’m here to support you on your path.

I offer practiced presence and a broad skillset to help you find your way toward health, wholeness, balance, clarity, integrity, liberation, wisdom—whatever name you give the thing that we are all looking for.

With close to 20 years of practice in the healing arts and the lived experience of managing my own chronic illness, I know that each person’s path looks different. Healing happens when we are able to be with ourselves and our world in new ways. With me you will find space to listen to the innate wisdom that guides your body-mind toward health, and room to explore that what arises within us is not separate from the world around us. My intention is to help you feel more fully alive and at home in your body.

Hi, I’m Britt.
